Somewhere along the way, adults decided the pressure to succeed; pressure to “play the right way,” the pressure to win, was more important than having fun. In 2019, only 1 in 10 kids find sports to be fun.
Nike challenged R/GA to develop a way to connect with the youth and encourage them to play.
Our small team, developed the concept, name, concepts, visual identity, and produced the first season. The PLAY LIST just finished it's sixth season. Watch them all here.

To ensure the show encourages behavior, we designed each episode to run on YouTube, and live as the first-ever Nike content to run on TikTok. The PLAYlist is the next step in Nike’s effort to empower the next generation of athletes and motivate play globally.
